Jomashop warranties are now automatically registered when you purchase a watch. Manufacturer warranties (companies listed below) may still require manual warranty registration.
Jomashop.com will service every brand name watch sold on our website for a period of 1 to 5 years after purchase (see chart for exceptions). Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. Our warranty does not cover “external damage” to the product.

What’s Not Covered:
The Jomashop.com warranty does not cover any damage resulting from, water/moisture damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. Damage which occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party, nulls and voids the warranty from Jomashop.com.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.
- External wear-and-tear from normal daily use.
- External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch
- Defects caused by outside force, improper use, or ANY such incidental damages which occur by dropping or banging the timepiece.
- Any lost/missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face
- Outside modifications and third party repair attempts void the warranty
- Any damage if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.
- Watches that are labeled as water resistant featuring a screw down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing from receiving water damage inside the stem. Water damage is not covered under warranty by Jomashop.com nor any manufacturer.
The Fine Print:
Jomashop.com will repair or replace the product at our discretion, including the cost of all parts and labor during the warranty period.
Jomashop.com disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this product, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This timepiece is warranted only to the original owner for 5 years from date of purchase. The warranty only comes into effect if the warranty card is fully and correctly completed by an Authorized dealer at the time of purchase and/or you provide original proof of purchase.
Do not open the case back of your timepiece under any circumstances. Consult the store where you purchased your timepiece or an authorized service center when service is required. All parts of this timepiece, except for the strap, are to be repaired only at an authorized service center because special technologies and equipment are required to perform repairs, inspections and adjustments. Please refer to the Service Center section of our website for instructions on how to send your timepiece to an authorized service center.
Adee Kaye – Manufacturers Guarantee
Certified that your Adee Kaye watch is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for three years from the date of purchase. To qualify for service under the guarantee, you must present your watch together with proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover accidental damage to glass, bracelet, strap, battery, case as well as negligent use and willful tampering of the watch. $17.95 shipping and handling is required (shipping cost may change without prior notice).

Akribos XXIV – Manufacturers Guarantee
The manufacturer declares that all Akribos XXIV watches are covered by an international warranty against any manufacturing defect that will be honored by the date of purchase of the watch. Akribos XXIV will within 24 months from the date of the purchase, repair or replace (at Akribos XXIV option) the movement of this timepiece free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material workmanship under normal use. For quartz watches, the battery is covered by the warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover the watchcase, watch bracelet, strap, crystals or normal wear. This warranty will be void if the watch has been mishandled or used under extraordinary conditions. Unless the watch is labeled as “water resistant” this warranty will also be void if the watch has been submerged in water.
This international warranty shall only be valid if the watch has been purchased from a reseller authorized by Akribos XXIV.
The warranty card must be presented together with the watch to an authorized Akribos XXIV service center for all in-warranty servicing. Any work performed on an Akribos watch by an unauthorized person or entity shall automatically render this international warranty null and void.
All Akribos XXIV watches are accompanied with directions for use including recommendations of care and maintenance that should be followed. Any damage resulting from improper use or mistreatment of the watch is not covered under the 2-year warranty.
The terms of this international warranty do not in any way restrict or otherwise affect any possible statutory rights which the consumer may be entitled by law in the country of purchase.
If your watch should require service during the period of warranty, please send it along with a copy of your original bill of purchase and check in the amount of $15 to cover the cost of shipping and handling.

Brera – Manufacturers Guarantee
Your BRERA watch is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship by BRERA under the terms and conditions of this warranty for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty only covers the following components: the watch movement, hands and dial.
Should a covered component be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period under normal use, it will be repaired or the watch will be replaced (at the sole discretion of the service center) free of repair charges. A copy of the receipt or completed, dated, stamped and signed BRERA International Warranty card is required for proof of purchase. A $14.95 return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service in the US. International warranty shipping and handling fees may vary.
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. In case of replacement, BRERA cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your watch is not available, a watch of equal value or similar appearance will be provided.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: Using the chronograph function for more than 30 minutes per day will significantly reduce the life of the battery of your quartz movement.

Calibre – Manufacturers Guarantee
All warranty service will be provided by the Gevril Group Service Center. The GEVRIL warranty is guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, only if proof of purchase can be provided.
Deep Blue – Manufacturers Guarantee
Deep Blue Watches offers a 1-year warranty for all watches purchased on our website. This warranty covers defective materials and manufacturing defects. Our warranty is only valid for the first year and to the original owner, with a valid proof of purchase.
If the watch is beyond repair, or parts are not available, Deep Blue Watches may offer a replacement of comparable value at the purchased price. Any remaining warranty will apply to the replacement unit.
Only the watch movement, hands and dial are the covered components during the warranty period. Repairs for other parts may be possible with a specific fee to be determined by the repair team. If the parts are defective in terms of the material used or craftsmanship, we can choose if the mentioned parts above will be repaired or replaced.
Please note that shipping the watch to our NY location is the responsibility of the customer and a $19.95 return shipping fee will be charged to all warranty services.
We highly recommend using a shipping service that is insured and requires a signature upon delivery, as we will not be responsible for packages that were not physically signed for by a member of our team.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
- Damage to the battery compartment, case, crystal, strap and buckle or bracelet, and crown
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Water damage due to negligence (example: crown not fully screwed in, etc.)
- Moisture damage due to use in a hot tub, sauna or any other heat/steam related extreme temperature environments
- Case back opened / repairs made within the warranty period by a third-party
- Loss, theft, accidents (nicks, dents, shocks, blows, crushing, etc.), drops or natural disasters and calamities
For repairs not covered by the warranty or for any other reasons, the minimum service fee is $50.00. This does not include the return shipping and handling fee.

What Your Watch Warranty Covers
Watch warranty repairs cover manufacturing defects only and do not include regular preventative maintenance. During your warranty period, your watch will be repaired free of charge at Ferre Milano’s authorized repair center by one of our expert watchmakers if there is a manufacturing problem.
In order for your warranty to be honored, your watch must have been purchased from an authorized dealer and you must supply us with your proof of purchase. We can verify for you that the dealer you’re considering purchasing from is indeed authorized.
Your watch will be professionally repaired within a reasonable time, depending on the nature of the problem. You must understand however that watch repairs are time-consuming and done completely by hand. Our watchmakers must have sufficient time to correct your problem.
